  • Since 2010, Dr Bennàssar has been working as surgeon of the Melanoma Unit of Hospital Clínic de Barcelona with exclusive dedication to Mohs surgery in high-risk carcinomas as well as electrochemotherapy and surgery of advanced melanoma including selective biopsy of the Sentinel lymph node and complete lymph node dissection. Since 2014 as Head of Dermatologic Surgery. During this period he has accomplished himself over 1800 Mohs surgeries, over 350 sentinel node biopsies, over 50 electrochemotherapy procedures and over 50 complete lymph node dissections.
